Incredibly inspiring memoir and original content that will change your life. The book has excellent resume and cover letter tips, the best ones I have ever come across in a long time and they are in-depth. He shares examples too, that are current, due to the nature of his work. His story is compelling and truly motivating. The characters in his book are well thought out and real, and will help you improve your evolving world view externally and internally. I am going to give this as a graduation gift!

What I love most about the book is Hassan's ability to relate to the reader through his own experiences. We all, to an extent, share similar emotions that come from struggles and triumphs that give us an appreciation for the lessons within this book. As an entrepreneur, this book truly provides a roadmap to design your life in a way that focuses on purpose, passion and personal relationships, that I find invaluable.

Hassan is someone who has figured out the secrets to a productive, fulfilling, peaceful life. As they say, the struggle is real. This book not only teaches but inspires and motivates you to strive to become the best you can be. The lessons Hassan has shared are humbling and meaningful! If you are ambitious but need sense of direction, this book is a phenomenal guide to enriching your life!

This book was a pleasant surprise! It is a deep dive into an individual's career and life mastery. This includes career transitioning, pivoting, advancing your current career, and how to truly take ownership of your mindset on your path to purpose and meaning. This is a book about life, not just your career. For me, it put things in the perspectives I was missing. It allowed me to see the progress in my life differently, and relative to what the author calls, "Career and Life Bucket Lists.". I found all 20 of the Career and Life Hacks very helpful, the 7 Lenses, as well as the multitude of illustrations, especially the infographics that can also be downloaded. The tone was elegant and easy to read, as well as poetic. Most "How to" books are boring, this one was full of photos and energy. I appreciated that. If you are looking for a book to inspire you, something original and with powerful metaphors, look no further. It's a timeless book and a career and life guide for the next decade!

I always had a lot of difficulty finding work that was fulfilling, never really knowing how to get out of my rut of dead end jobs. But "How to be a Career Mastermind" has laid a clear path forward to take control of my career decisions. Akmal is a true visionary in this field of career management!
