I LOVE THESE!!! they make studying pharm so much easier by putting similar drugs on cards. After everyone saw them in my cohort, they all ordered them!! They even include nursing implications and Pt teaching :)

They really don't help you get ready for an exam; there is too much info and it isn't all neatly bullet-pointed. I may sell mine online, or I may keep them as a desk reference so when I see anew drug or a drug I don't know much about, I can pull out the card and read up on it. I can also use the Davis or Lexicomp app for that purpose. The benefit of a card is that you can drop it in your scrub pocket and pull it out whenever you have a minute, whereas with the app you need to get out your phone and may have to navigate to a particular screen.

Good: content is great and there's a wide variety of drugs. Item arrived in two days, prime shipped.Bad: as the above picture shows, the product came damaged. Only a couple of the cards inside are damaged, but that's a couple more then should be. This is not the first review I've read either that shows this being a problem. Once is an accident, but multiple times shows a major issue either with packaging or production. If I didn't need these to pass my upcoming semester then I'd be returning them. Unfortunately, I don't have that luxury.

The cards themselves good. Disappointed I specifically bought them brand-new and this was the damage to my box

I am in nursing school (RN associate degree) and I use these as a resource when writing up my medication cards! They are awesome, they group the meds together by system and then on each card you are able to see the meds in the classification, the box it comes in is a little tight but who cares... the cards are what are important and they are definitely a great tool!

Loved these cards for my pharmacology and I really do think that they helped me pass and saved me a lot of time. However I get frustrated when some drugs are not in the index when I try to find them, then I make a handwritten flash card only to find out the card really was in the box. Examples are Buproprion and Methylphenidate, and a few others I cannot remember off the top of my head. Definitely still worth buying, but I hope the company sees this review and is more conscious when making their drug index for their next addition.

This is great as a supplement to lecture notes from my pharmacology class. I wouldn't necessarily only rely on the cards for all the information, though. They are easy to read and very well organized as far as the information about the drugs go. The box is a little flimsy but as long you're not trying to bounce it on the floor you should be fine. I think these will be most beneficial as a review resource as I continue through nursing school.

I use these drug cards in nursing school to study for tests and while giving medications in clinical. It has all of the info for each drug condensed into easy to find notecards. Each drug card has the class, indications, contraindication, mechanism of action, adverse reactions, therapeutic ranges, dosing info, route, and assessments to complete/labs to monitor post- and prior to administration.
